The Miami's 3rd International Guitar Assemblage and Competition will be held in Miami on June 13th through June 16th, 2007 in Coral Gables, Florida.

The Miami Classical Guitar Society in collaboration
with the Centro Cultural Español presents the MIAMI'S
to be held from June 13th-16th, 2007. The event
features concerts, lectures, master classes, and an
international guitar competition. All activities will
take place at the Centro Cultural Español, 800 Douglas
Road, Suite 170, in Coral Gables.

There will be FOUR NIGHT CONCERTS beginning at 8:00
pm each night of the event, featuring Ricardo Gallén,
David Martínez, Diego Barber, and Adrián Rius from
Spain, Irina Kulikova from Russia, Maurizio di Fulvio
and Cristiano Porqueddu from Italy, and Enric
Madriguera from the U.S.

Different activities will take place throughout the
four days. Thursday 14th and 15th beginning at 10:00
am master classes will be offered by maestros Carlos
Molina and Ricardo Gallén. Thursday 14th at 5:00 pm
and Saturday 16th at 2:00 pm, Spanish musicologist
Adrián Rius will offer two different lectures on the
life and music of maestro Francisco Tárrega, founder
of the Modern School of Guitar.

The International Guitar Competition will take place
on Friday, June 15th, and Saturday, June 16th,
beginning at 4:00 pm.

All activities are opened to the public with different
fees accordingly. General admission to the concerts
is $20.00. All other individual activities are
$15.00. You may purchase different packages,
registering for all the events, the four concerts, and
one full day events. Discounts for Miami Classical
Guitar Society and CCE members, students, and senior
citizens are available.
